Graphic design and animation
In 2022 and 2023 I got the chance to work alongside Pullpo's co-founder, Marco Patiño, to bring his vision to life. I designed the logo for the brand, and later on, I animated a teaser video for the launch of the product. This video was scripted, storyboarded, designed and animated by me. Here is the final result:
The video was animated entirely with After Effects, while the storyboard was done in Blender. Check out the process behind the logo below. It involved drawing a lot of octopuses, sketching even more thumbnails and a long path of iterations, trial and error and consulting with Marco.
The most demanding part was, however, giving life to the final logo, wich involved designing the motion with hand-drawn animation, rigging the vectorized design and a lot of frame by frame tweaking. Worth it don't you think? Isn't it cute?

These are some of the projects I have worked on for the last 5 years. Some are work for clients and some are collaborative with friends. Every one of them has led me to develop new skills and to discover new sides of myself, which is scary and exciting at the same time… and also kind of addictive. Oh well!
