Direction, storyboarding, visual development and lead animation
From 2024 to 2025 I had the chance to direct three TV spots for Nedgia while working at Linkvids. BBDO trusted us to turn three scripts into its visual form while following the already established style of the brand. Here are the three final videos and a look at the process behind the scenes:
I was the animator supervisor of the team that worked on each ad, but luckily I still got to do my own shots. Some of them are above. Below, some of the sketches and styleframes I did for designing the characters and backgrounds of each piece.
Designing the shots and defining the visual storytelling for each script was the most rewarding and thrilling part of the process. So many ideas had to be conveyed in 20 seconds, which lead to a lot of variations and options. Below are the final storyboard and animatic I did for the last spot.

Nice to meet you! My name is Alberto Andrés.
These are some of the projects I have worked on for the last 5 years. Some are work for clients and some are collaborative with friends. Every one of them has led me to develop new skills and to discover new sides of myself, which is scary and exciting at the same time… and also kind of addictive. Oh well!
