Co-direction, storyboarding, illustration and animation
From 2020-2022 I worked creating animated booktrailers and digital content for the social media channels of Loqueleo, the children's catalogue of publishing company Santillana. It was an opportunity to play around with different styles, techniques and tools, like mixing 3D and 2D in Blender. It also gave me the chance to work on these videos from script and concept to animating and editing the final piece, which was really formative.
The first two videos above were made in Linkvids with additional text animation and motion graphics by Carlos Blanco. The other two as well as the two below were made alongside Eva Durán, who edited the videos and made the sound design.

Nice to meet you! My name is Alberto Andrés.
These are some of the projects I have worked on for the last 5 years. Some are work for clients and some are collaborative with friends. Every one of them has led me to develop new skills and to discover new sides of myself, which is scary and exciting at the same time… and also kind of addictive. Oh well!
